Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Policy: We strive to provide quality products that you’ll love! However, please note that we do not offer refunds or returns. Exchanges are only available if your watch is damaged upon arrival.

Exceptions:

  • 30-Day Breakage Policy: If your item arrives broken, please send us a photo proof within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll review your request promptly and work to resolve the issue.
  • Lifetime Warranty for Tarnishing: We offer a lifetime warranty against tarnishing. Simply send us a photo proof, and we’ll assess your request for a replacement.

Product Availability

  2. What is the price range of your watches? Our watches cater to a variety of budgets, starting from $55 to $75. On average, expect prices to be around $70 after any ongoing sales.

  3. Do you restock sold-out watches? Yes, we do! If you’re interested in a sold-out watch, feel free to DM us on Instagram or reach out through our Contact section with a photo of the watch you’re interested in.

Shipping Information

  1. Do you offer international shipping? Yes! International customers may incur additional duties and import taxes upon receipt of their shipments. By placing an order, you agree to cover these fees.

  2. How long does shipping take? We typically ship orders within 5-7 business days after processing.

  3. What about preorders? Preordered items can take up to one month to ship. This timeframe ensures that we deliver high-quality products. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend selecting an in-stock item for timely delivery.

  4. What if I encounter issues with my order or want to return an item? All sales are final, and we do not accept returns. Exchanges are only offered if a watch is damaged upon arrival. The only exceptions are for items broken during shipping (photo proof required) or tarnishing issues, which must be reported within 5 days for a potential resolution.

  5. What if my package is lost or not received? We provide tracking for all packages. However, once the package is scanned in the system, we cannot take responsibility for any lost packages. Please contact your local mail provider for assistance.

  6. Are there any custom charges? Please be aware that you may incur customs duties, taxes, and fees as determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot cover or prepay these charges, so please review your local customs policies before placing an order.

Watch Information

  1. Do your watches work? Yes, they do! Each watch is carefully tested to ensure quality.

  2. How do I know the size of the watch? The watch band and face dimensions will be listed in the item description. Each order comes with a resizable watch band adjustment tool for your convenience.

  3. Do you clean the watches? Yes, all watches undergo a sanitizing wipe down and disinfection process before shipping.
