At Antiqlux, each piece is carefully selected, inspected, and prepared with intention before it leaves our studio. To ensure quality control and fairness across all orders, please review the policy below prior to purchase.
1. Final Sale Policy
All Antiqlux orders are considered final once the package has been successfully delivered.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges after delivery

Refunds are not offered for change of mind, preference, or sizing concerns
We encourage customers to review product details carefully and reach out to us with any questions before placing an order — our team is always happy to assist.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will gladly assist.
To help us resolve this quickly:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Include clear photos or video of the item and packaging

Items must remain unused
Approved cases will be resolved with a replacement or store credit, depending on availability. Refunds are not issued.
3. Shipping & Delivery Considerations
Delivered Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If a package is lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We’re happy to provide any supporting information needed.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly at checkout are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Delivery Attempts
If a package is returned due to missed delivery attempts or refusal, the order will be considered fulfilled.
